general terms
♡ my prices are subject to change based on demand but for the most part will remain stable
♡ I have the right to reject any order for any reason

payment
♡ currency accepted is USD and can be payed through paypal or venmo. please contact me if you can any questions or concerns about a different payment method
♡ commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or be split 50% upfront and 50% after final check in. you can select it based on your own comfortability.

process & deadlines
♡ the time it takes for me to finish your piece will vary between a couple days to a little over a week. (it depends on the complexity of the piece and my personal schedule). I will always keep you updated!
♡ once the piece is finished I will email the image to you.

revisions
♡ it is important for me that you are happy with the piece, so prior to beginning the digital drawing, and during the early stages of the digital portion, I will have you approve of the progress (colors, design, overall piece progression).
♡ after you have approved of the piece, any changes you want to make will come with a small fee depending on the change itself.

copyright & usage

reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

retain all copyrights for the commissioned artwork.

will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.

reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio.

may upload and share the commissioned artwork on any social platforms and websites.

may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, distributing, make prints, etc.) unless discussed with me otherwise.

may NOT alter or change the commissioned artwork without my consent.

may be allowed to sell the artwork if it is part of an adoptable. please discuss with me prior to paying for the piece.

may retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes unless discussed with me otherwise.

cancellation & refund policy
♡ the buyer is not allowed a refund once I have started working on the commission.
♡ if for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
♡ if you cancel your order before I have started it you can receive a full refund.
♡ if you are getting a refund, I will transfer the money back to you myself.
